Call the Aberdeen District Service Center at 725-7146 to set up an appointment.
The DIAL Preschool Screening is for children ages 3-5 who reside in the Aberdeen School District.
The child needs to be 3 years of age before the screening date.
This screening is not required to enter preschool or kindergarten.
It is intended for children who may need special services before entering kindergarten.
The screenings consist of communication skills, motor skills, concepts, vision, and hearing.
Screenings are held the first Thursday of the month from September through March at Zion Lutheran Church (1732 South Main Street) in the education rooms.
