Library Hours: 7:35 AM – 3:55 PM every school day.

Checkout Policies

• Books and magazines are checked out for 2 weeks. They can be renewed.

• Laptops, flash drives, and cameras are checked out for 3 days.

• 5 items can be checked out at a time.

• $0.05 fine for each SCHOOL DAY a book/magazine is overdue. There is a five day grace period with no fine. $.10-$.25 for other equipment (no grace period).

• Fines must stay under $5.00 in order to continue checking out materials.

Follett Destiny Catalog: Username and Passwords for the library catalog are your state email ID and lunchbox number.

IMPORTANT CHANGE

The login process to access databases off campus has changed. When prompted, choose Aberdeen Central High School (ACHIL), and use the 14 digit barcode as the username. A general reference database containing thousands of full-text articles exploring social, scientific, health, historic, business, economic, political and global issues.

A core collection of virtual reference books available in the library and at home 24/7. Subject areas are: business, education, history/terrorism, medicine, law and government, and science.
