Congratulations to our December 2023 Caught in the Act winners, Katie Anderson and Aaron Malsbury!
Anderson, third-grade teacher at Lincoln Elementary, has been recognized in the categories of being there for others and choosing a great attitude.
She was nominated by Lincoln Elementary Title I teacher Sara Tennant, who wrote, “Thanks for being awesome! Katie always volunteers and can be counted on for helping out! Thanks for being flexible on the testing schedule!”
Malsbury, a substitute teacher for the district, has been recognized while subbing at Simmons Elementary in the category of making someone’s day.
He was nominated by Simmons Elementary kindergarten teacher Tonya Senger, who wrote, “Aaron was subbing for Mrs. Bossert and offered to cover my recess duty so I could continue prepping.”
