Aberdeen Central qualified 6 into the All-State Jazz Band:
Axton Johnson - Trumpet - Year 2
Louis Manhart - Trumpet - Year 1
Masyn Schutter - Baritone Sax - Year 4
August Bobby - Bass Guitar - Year 1
Lucas Galvin - Drum Set - Year 2
Judah Bobby - Piano - Year 4 (combo)
Both Masyn Schutter & August Bobby, have qualified for all 3 instrumental All-State ensembles in the 2022-23 school year.
Both Masyn Schutter & Judah Bobby have qualified as 4-year ASJB members.
Finally, Masyn Schutter has gone 12 for 12 in qualifying for All-State Orchestra, Band, & Jazz Band during her High School career. This is very rarely accomplished in this competitive format.
ASJB & ASSC will be in Rapid City, May 4-5-6 at Central High School.
